What is a property appraisal?

How long does the appraisal process take?
Most residential appraisals are completed within 1-2 business days after the property inspection, depending on complexity and access. Rush requests on appointments are available at an additional cost.
Do I need to be home for the appraisal?
Yes, or someone must be available to provide access. For interior inspections, we’ll need entry into all living areas including the basement, and garage. For exterior-only assignments, access may not be required.
